Your Guide
Carmen is a lifelong creative, and a soul medicine guide with a passion for deeply connective human experiences which foster authentic expression and healing. She earned her psychedelic practitioner certification through the Synthesis Institute, and has done extensive studies in end-of-life doula work, Trager, and Non Violent Communication. Carmen has witnessed the transformative power of empathic presence and has dedicated herself to holding safe, nurturing spaces for others - all in the spirit of healing and growth. She is committed to her craft through ongoing continuing education opportunities in psychology, trauma informed care, and harm reduction.

Having worked closely with overlooked and underserved communities for many years through local humanitarian organizations, as well as through hospital and corporate systems, Carmen has a wide lens from which to lovingly view, access, and guide each client’s own innate healing capacity.
